Printer: any FDM printer with a build plate of at least 200 × 200 mm. We test-print every part on a Prusa i3 MK3S+. A hardened nozzle and an enclosure are recommended for the nylon and carbon-fibre parts. ASA or PETG work as alternatives.

Settings: 0.2 mm layers. Each folder of files lists its infill and perimeters.

Filament, about 2.8 kg: black PLA 2,000 g · PLA in your body colour 500 g · PETG 120 g · Nylon AF80 100 g · Carbon PA11 30 g · white PLA 30 g · red PLA 10 g.

Skills and tools: some experience with multi-part prints. You'll need 2 mm and 3 mm drill bits, a small hammer, a crimping tool, a craft knife and screwdrivers. No soldering: the motor wires use crimp terminals (the 4x4 adds WAGO connectors). If your battery plug doesn't match the ESC (e.g. XT60), use an adapter.
